| Storage: | Store in dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not allow to Freeze. |
| Direction For Use: | 1. Tighten the cap on the nozzle 2. The spike in the cap will pierce the tip of the vial. 3. Dispense drops with gentle pressure. 4. Replace the cop after every use. |
| Caution: | Not to be sold by retailers without prescription of registered medical practitioner. |
| Warning: | 1. If Irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult your doctor. 2. Do not touch the nozzle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution. 3. If particulate matter found, reject the vial & ask for replacement. 4. Use the solution within one month after opening the container. |
